Sunday's Coming ~ August 24

First, THANK YOU to the myriad of people who brought food and served at our athlete feed on Monday.  Wow!  Every morsel was devoured by more than 260 young men and women.  Thank you! We'll be welcoming a new group of students this week from NWC, DC, and NCC.  Be sure to find a student and extend a welcome to them.

EmpoweredPastor Bob continues our August focus on connecting with God, others, and the world.  This week we will be asking the question, “Does God’s love change the way we act toward one another?”  We will be looking at some contrasting figures and responses in Scripture to help us answer the question and examine our own life and the life of Trinity Church.  It is our hope that we grow as a church beyond being friendly to a church where love is the consistent apologetic of our lives to this community and beyond.  Saints, let us not love in word or talk, but in deed and in truth.

Don’t forget we have started our fall worship times with services at 8:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
